What is the Connection
Guarantee?
If you are within the first month of your membership and you
cannot get online with NetZero, call Technical Support FREE
1-866-841-1442. If you still cannot get online, your first
month of NetZero Premium Internet service is FREE.
NetZero will refund any subscription fees paid by you for your
NetZero ISP account for the first month of service if you cannot
get connected to the Internet through such account at least
once during the first month of service. To qualify for the
refund, you must use any free technical support calls offered
by NetZero and request the refund prior to the end of the first
month of service.
What is Instant Messaging? Can I use
Instant Messaging to chat with friends and family on other
Instant Messaging programs including AOL, ICQ and Yahoo?
NetZero offers its members Instant Messaging compatibility
